Approached to reinterpret an existing subdivision application, this concept design flipped the original proposal to create twin linked two-storey townhouses that appeared cohesive but each was an individual response to their unique position on the site. The considered durable materials palette & modern interpretation of traditional form addressed the site’s heritage context. A study in density responding to questions of adaptability, privacy, context & scale.
