Working with fast-tracked planning approval for a busy family, this first floor addition to a beachside semi added space, light & functionality through rigorous planning, simple striking detailing & efficient construction techniques. The second stage of a renovation for the same client , it was designed to allow the creative reuse of existing elements such as joinery to minimise material waste & construction costs.
