Maroubra Update

Schematic design has been completed for the alterations & additions to a semi in the beachside Sydney suburb of Maroubra.

A few simple interventions solve the Clients’ two problems in an otherwise generous characted-filled family home - the creation of a parents’ retreat harnessing the available district views with ocean glimpses, together with bringing an abundance of light down into the subterranean living spaces.

To be built with local builder Tony Lucien of Smith & Sons, who we are consulting from an early stage to work to budget & timeframe.
